How to use this

This email creation tool is intended to minimise confusion with survey invitations, but also simplifies the crucial function of personalising survey links using email addresses – so we can keep track of whom to follow up with if a response has been promised but not received.

Simply fill out the fields as invited (‘email address’ is the only required one) and press ‘update’.
Then, once you’ve read over the drafted email, click ‘Copy to clipboard’ at the foot of the page – and paste into your email client, adjusting further as necessary.

Links have also been embedded in text, so if you have a rich text email app, those should remain clickable.

If you’re using an iOS device, use ‘paste and match style’ for best results pasting an email into the Mail app.
